Terms for Ticket Purchases

1. Ticketing Arrangements
The “Enjoy Macao Ticketing” is a ticketing system developed and operated by Kong Seng Paging Ltd. for the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macau SAR Government.

2. Tickets

Tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Damaged, defaced, forged or duplicated tickets will not be accepted.

Paper and electronic tickets have a unique number and security identification, and holders of any other tickets will be denied admission.

Paper or electronic tickets are used for identification purposes and are non-exchangeable.

3. Number of tickets
Unless otherwise specified, each transaction through the ticketing website or ticket vending machine is limited to a maximum of 50 tickets.

4. Seating

Seat selection: for programmes with seat selection, users can select seats during the ticket purchase process.

Free seating: seat selection is not available in programmes with free seating. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Audience members are advised to arrive early.

Seating allocation by system: seat selection is not available for certain events and seats will be allocated by system. Users can decide whether to proceed with the ticket purchase based on the assigned seats.

5. Ticket Resale
Ticket scalping or tickets being used for commercial purposes is prohibited. If a breach of this term is found, tickets will be cancelled and not refunded. Ticket holders will be denied admission.

6. Ticket Collection

Printed tickets:
-
Tickets can be collected at a service outlet, partner sales outlet, or the service counter at the performance venue upon presenting the purchaser’s valid identity document and the ticket collection code or confirmation number (unless otherwise specified). Ticket vending machines can also be used for the same purpose with the ticket collection code.

The ticket collection code is available in the “E-ticket Folder” section of the website.

For on-site ticket collection, audience members are advised to arrive at the service counter early to avoid delays.

Each collection code is valid for the one-time collection of printed tickets and will become invalid once used.

E-tickets: E-tickets are saved in the “E-ticket folder”. Each e-ticket can only be used once and will automatically become invalid once used.

7. Postal/Courier Delivery

Service charges: additional fees apply for ticket delivery (please refer to Service Charges for details). These fees are collected by Kong Seng Paging Ltd. and are non-refundable.

Delays: the “Enjoy Macao Ticketing” is not responsible for delays in ticket delivery by post/courier or losses (including but not limited to ticket losses) caused by invalid or incorrect mailing addresses provided by customers.

8. Admission
Every person requires one ticket for admission. Please keep the ticket until the event is concluded.

9. Age Restrictions
Children under the age of six will not be admitted unless for specific events. The organiser reserves the right to request and to examine the relevant identity document to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any persons when proof of minimum age cannot be provided.

10. Concession Tickets
Holders of concession tickets must present a valid proof for admission. Otherwise, the full ticket price will be charged.

11. Late Arrival
Audience members are advised to arrive on time. The organiser reserves the right at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted, and to reject the admission of latecomers or audience members who abandon the performance venue during the event.

12. Lost Tickets
Customers should report lost tickets to the “Enjoy Macao Ticketing”. After verification, the organiser will issue a confirmation letter, which must be presented for admission.

13. Ticket Refunds or Exchanges

In case an event is postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or for other reasons, the “Enjoy Macao Ticketing” will proceed with ticket refunds or exchanges according to the event arrangements.

Ticket refunds will not include any handling fees (if any), postal fees or related transportation costs that are paid by ticket purchaser.

14. Purchaser Responsibilities

Purchasers must not disclose the information of ticket orders to others and are solely responsible for any loss of tickets or orders confirmation letter as well as their misuse by others that may result in admission denial.

Purchasers assume full responsibility for their safety and any risks associated with traveling to and from the venue. The organiser will not accommodate any requests for ticket refund or exchange due to change, disruption, suspension, delay or cancellation of transport or public transport services.

15. Notes for the Audience

Audience members must comply with instructions given by the organiser and venue.

All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off during the performance. Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited.

To avoid undue disturbance to the performance and audience members, camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, the cast of performers, the performing date or time and the seats at any time.

In case of inclement weather conditions, please check the Cultural Affairs Bureau’s website, the programme’s website and the respective page on Facebook for the latest updates.

The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government reserves the right of interpretation and final decision of any disputes on these terms.

16. Versions
In case of discrepancies between the Chinese, Portuguese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

The Cultural Affairs Bureau reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice for the development of this website. The organisations responsible for providing the website’s content reserve the right to edit, modify, update, suspend or delete any content at any time without prior notice.
